I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who brings a holistic approach to therapy, often drawing on my background as a Registered Nurse. My work bridges mental and physical health, offering holistic, trauma-informed support for those navigating emotional challenges, health issues, and life transitions.

I draw on evidence-based approaches like ACT, DBT, SFBT, Somatic experiencing, and Person-Centered Care, all through a feminist and non-pathologizing lens. My goal is to create a collaborative, affirming space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
